The term ‘Smilemakers’ was created by law graduate Shobha G Rao in 2011, and refers to anyone who chooses to find a positive view and make smiles around them. It is easy to become a Smilemaker, once you understand the Smilemakers Theory, that is explained in her numerous softskills training workshops.
We are all Smilemakers. We just have to practice the art of finding and making more smiles around us. Shobha has decades of experience as a Trainer, Writer, Traveller and Contributor in creating countless smiles among people.
